Shipping & Delivery Policy
At GLORY, we aim to provide a clear, smooth, and safe online shopping experience from order confirmation to delivery.
Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order so you clearly understand delivery timelines, confirmation steps, payment requirements, and our open-box inspection rules.
Before Order Confirmation
All orders are subject to product availability. Unavailable items cannot be shipped.
After an order is placed, we run a quality check before shipping. If a product has a manufacturing defect and cannot be shipped, GLORY may cancel the item or order, notify the customer, and refund the prepaid amount for that item.
Order Confirmation and Pre-Shipment Contact
We contact the customer using the phone number provided at checkout to confirm the order before shipping. Please make sure the number is correct, active, and preferably WhatsApp-enabled. Orders do not leave the warehouse before confirmation. Once confirmed, all orders are processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 24 hours.
Delivery Time
The standard domestic delivery timeframe typically takes 1 to 6 business days after order confirmation. Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays are not counted as business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your governorate, area, and delivery destination. If delivery is postponed or no one is available at the address more than once, the courier may cancel the delivery attempt or return the shipment.
Address Details
To avoid delays, please provide a clear and complete address including governorate, area, street name, building number, floor, apartment or unit number, and a nearby landmark. The courier may request your live location via WhatsApp in some cases to make delivery easier.
Receiving Your Package & Inspection Upon Delivery (Open-Box)
All orders are packed in secure packaging to protect the products during transit. Please do not accept the package if it arrives already opened or not properly sealed prior to your own inspection.We believe in full transparency and customer satisfaction. You have the right to perform an open-box inspection of your order in the presence of the courier before making payment.If you decide not to proceed with the purchase after inspection, you may immediately return the package with the courier on the spot, paying only the standard shipping fee.If you face any issues after the courier leaves, they will be handled through our official 30-Day Exchange & Return Policy and our 90-Day Warranty.
Cash on Delivery
If you choose Cash on Delivery, please prepare the full amount at the time of delivery. GLORY is not responsible for any money transfers made outside the official payment methods available for the order. For Cash on Delivery, payment is made in cash to the courier at delivery. (If you choose to return the item on the spot after inspection, you will only pay the shipping fee to the courier).
Combining Orders
If you have more than one order going to the same address, please contact us before shipping to request combining them into one shipment if available.If you do not contact us before shipping, each order may be shipped separately with a separate shipping fee for each shipment.
Shipping Rates & Locations
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination. We deliver to all major governorates across Egypt.
