1. Online Store Terms and Eligibility By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you are using the site under the supervision and legal consent of a guardian. 2. Customer Accounts and Login GLORY allows customers to create or log in to a customer account to access information such as order history, saved addresses, and related services. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or placing an order. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and preventing unauthorized access. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact our customer support immediately.

  • Facebook Login: We may allow you to log in to your GLORY customer account using Facebook Login via Shopify’s customer account system. Authentication is handled through Facebook/Meta and Shopify. Limited information necessary to verify your identity will be shared based on your account settings.

  • Google Login: We may also allow you to log in using Google. Authentication is handled through Google and Shopify, sharing only the limited information required to complete the login.

Using Facebook or Google to log in does not alter your contractual relationship with GLORY regarding your orders or purchases. The processing of data associated with your account and login is strictly governed by our Privacy Policy.

3. General Conditions We reserve the right to refuse or restrict service to anyone for any legitimate reason at any time, including suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms or applicable laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or any contact on the website without express written permission from GLORY. Please note that certain data and content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks to adapt to technical requirements. Payment data is securely processed through designated payment gateways.

4. Product Information We make every effort to display the colors, sizes, and specifications of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors or details may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, device, or lighting conditions during photography. Please review the product description, size chart, and all available details on the product page before purchasing. We may limit the sales or quantities of our products to any person or geographic region based on inventory, operational conditions, or shipping requirements. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice, though this will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed, unless an issue requires us to contact you.

5. Orders, Confirmation, and Billing Placing an order on our website represents an offer to purchase the selected items, but it does not guarantee final acceptance. GLORY reserves the right to accept or decline any order based on product availability, data accuracy, confirmation procedures, and fraud prevention measures. After you submit an order, we aim to confirm it within 24 business hours. If we cannot reach you by phone, we will attempt to contact you via WhatsApp or other available channels. If we receive no response within 48 business hours, your order may be canceled. Customers must ensure their name, phone number, address, and order details are entirely accurate before checkout. If a prepaid order is canceled due to a lack of confirmation, unavailability, or any other valid reason, the paid amount will be refunded according to our Return Policy and the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the exact total amount must be ready at the time of delivery.

6. Pricing and Payments Prices displayed on the website are based on the currency and rates applicable to the online store at the time of purchase. Online prices or promotions may occasionally differ from those at physical retail distributors or other sales platforms. Electronic payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, or official partners. Some payment methods may be subject to additional terms by the service provider. The customer is obligated to pay the total order value, including applicable shipping fees, COD fees, or any other charges clearly displayed at checkout.

7. Offers, Discounts, and Coupons Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes may be subject to specific timeframes, minimum order values, selected products, or other terms announced with the offer. Certain offers cannot be combined with other discount codes and may exclude specific collections or categories. GLORY reserves the right to modify or terminate any offer at its discretion, while honoring orders already accepted under the confirmed terms at the time of purchase.

8. Shipping and Delivery Standard delivery takes 1 to 6 business days after order confirmation, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by your location, high order volumes, operational factors, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Orders are delivered through trusted shipping partners. In accordance with our transparent policies, you are permitted to open and inspect the package in the presence of the courier before paying. However, trying on the items or processing an exchange on the spot is not permitted by the courier.

9. Returns and Exchanges Returns may be requested within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in its original pristine condition, and contains all original tags and packaging. Exceptions apply to hygienic items (such as socks, sports bags, masks, and arm sleeves), which cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

  • Returns: Must be requested through our official support channels.

  • Exchanges: Handled directly by our customer service team.

  • Defects: All items are covered by our 90-Day Warranty against manufacturing defects. If a defect is confirmed, GLORY covers all associated shipping fees for the replacement or return. For standard change-of-mind returns/exchanges, the customer bears the shipping costs.

If you use Facebook Login or Sign in with Google, you can disconnect GLORY from your respective account settings. Disconnecting these services does not automatically delete your data from GLORY's records; a formal deletion request must be submitted to our support team.

12. Relationship with Shopify Our online store, along with specific account, login, checkout, and order management functionalities, is hosted on Shopify Inc. However, GLORY remains fully responsible for sales, orders, products, customer service, returns, and exchanges based on these Terms. Shopify simply provides the technical e-commerce platform and is not the seller of GLORY products.

13. Third-Party Services and External Links The website may use services, tools, or integrations provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment gateways, shipping couriers, analytics, and authentication providers (Facebook/Meta, Google). Your use of these services is subject to the respective third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or services of external third-party links and any complaints regarding them should be directed to the third party.

14. Intellectual Property All trademarks, names, logos, images, designs, texts, and content on the website are the exclusive property of GLORY or its licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit any of these materials without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

15. Force Majeure Services, delivery times, or website availability may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, such as general technical outages, telecommunication network disruptions, courier delays, government regulations, or natural disasters. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and complete orders as soon as safely possible.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. In the event of a dispute, we will first seek to resolve it amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the competent courts in Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

24. Severability If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
